We support young people aged 16 to 18 who are leaving care, providing both accommodation and help with independent living skills.
Our service helps people 16 to 18 years old who are leaving the care system and are referred by Cheshire East Children’s Social Care team.
Access to this service is by referral from Cheshire East Children’s Social Care team.
