More About Us

P3 Rutland Mental Health and Wellbeing Service provides advice and guidance to support people who are struggling with their mental health. Our service can provide one-off to long-term support to people aged 18 and over.  

We offer emotional support, advice and practical help both at home and within the local community. Our holistic approach focuses on building connections and reducing social isolation through activities co-designed by the people we work alongside.
