This privacy notice applies to the P3 Group (“P3”). The P3 Group includes People, Potential, Possibilities (P3) a registered charity, incorporating Rugby Portobello Trust (RPT), and P3 Housing Ltd, a charitable Community Benefit Society registered under the Co-Operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014.

This notice applies when you use services, visit websites, or interact with any part of the P3 Group.

  • Automated-decision-making – You have the right not to be subject to decisions made by automated systems (without human involvement). We do not currently use automated-decision making in this way. If this changes, we will update this notice and explain what it means for you.

We want you to feel confident about how your information is used. You have rights over your personal information, which means you can:

  • Ask to see what information an organisation holds about you.
  • Ask an organisation to correct anything that is wrong.
  • Ask questions about how your information is used.

Your data rights apply everywhere, not just to P3. This means you have the same rights with other organisations, such as the NHS, your local authority, or any other service you may use.

Asking for information or using your rights will not affect the support that you receive from us.

We will always take your request seriously and support you through the process. If you ask us to, we can also help you contact other organisations about your information.

Handling your personal data also means keeping it safe and secure.
We have measures in place to:

  • Protect your data from being lost
  • Limit access to staff who need it to do their job
  • Ensure staff are trained in data protection
  • Detect and respond to data breaches

We regularly review our systems and processes to keep your information secure.
