We collect your information through our recruitment systems when you apply for a role.

This may include:

  • Information provided through recruitment websites or job boards
  • Information collected during interviews or assessments

We may also collect information from third parties, such as referees or background check providers, where appropriate.

How long we keep your information

If your application is unsuccessful, we will usually keep your information for a limited period (typically around 6 months) after you have been notified of the outcome, before securely deleting it.

If your application is successful, your information will become part of your employee or volunteer record and will be handled in line with our internal privacy notice for staff and volunteers.

If you do not provide information

You are not required to provide personal information during the recruitment process.

However, if you do not provide certain information, we may not be able to process your application or assess your suitability for the role.
