Our service helps residents develop independent living skills, access education, training, and employment opportunities, and build the confidence and resilience needed for long-term stability.
We support young people aged 18 to 25 who are living in accommodation provided by Wokingham Borough Council.

P3 Wokingham Floating Support Service provides a safe, secure and structured pathway for young people who are moving towards independence.
Our service offers floating support across three dedicated accommodation units, delivered through a strong multi-agency partnership with the Council, Hear for You and local landlords. This joined-up approach helps us provide a consistent, constructive and high-quality service for every young person we support.
We aim to unlock each young person’s potential by helping them build the skills and confidence needed for independent living. As they move towards full independence, we focus on supporting them to develop independent living skills, access education, training and employment opportunities, and build resilience, confidence and long-term stability.
Each resident receives personalised support tailored to their individual needs, goals, and aspirations, ensuring they are recognised and supported throughout their journey towards independence.
