We can help anyone over 25 years old and living in Calderdale.

P3 Calderdale Adults Housing Related Support Service provides support for people to maintain their tenancy, prevent homelessness and reduce social isolation.

Support provided includes:

  • Helping people stay in their homes and avoid homelessness.
  • Teaching skills for independent living.
  • Reducing loneliness by connecting people with their community and personal support networks.
  • Working with experts to provide the right support.
