We support people who are struggling with mental health challenges or other complex needs and need help managing their tenancy or housing. Our service focuses on preventing homelessness and providing the support needed to create a more stable and secure living situation.
We support people in Chesterfield, North East Derbyshire and South Derbyshire who are currently experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
To access this service, you will need a referral from your local council’s Housing Options team.

P3 Derbyshire Homeless Prevention Service provides housing-related support for people experiencing mental health challenges or other complex needs that may put their tenancy at risk, including those facing homelessness or eviction.
We help existing tenants sustain their council accommodation, support people moving on from temporary housing and assist those experiencing homelessness in finding stable accommodation.
