More About Us

P3’s Derbyshire Independent Living Service provides up to 12 months of tailored support for people whose mental health impacts their ability to manage day-to-day life and housing responsibilities. We offer two flexible pathways: Supported Accommodation, which provides short-term, structured housing with intensive, goal-focused support; and Community-Based Support, which delivers floating, tenancy-focused support to people living in their own homes or temporary accommodation.

Across both pathways, we work alongside individuals to maintain or secure suitable housing, prevent homelessness and build the skills, confidence and resilience needed for long-term independent living. Our holistic support model provides a range of housing and community-based support, help accessing benefits and signposting to specialist mental health, education and employment services.

This service is commissioned by Derbyshire County Council's adult care services.

We change lives, every day. Your support helps us to ensure that we can.
