Our out-of-hours mental health support is available from 4:30pm to 12:30am, offering both face-to-face and telephone support when you need it most.
We support people over the age of 18 who are registered with a Derbyshire GP.

P3 Derbyshire Safe Haven provides out-of-hours mental health support every day from 4:30pm to 12:30am on a self-referral basis. We’re here for anyone who needs a friendly face to talk to.
We offer face-to-face and telephone support services for Derbyshire residents experiencing mental health difficulties, helping to reduce immediate distress and ensure people get the right support at the right time.
Our drop-in service provides a relaxed, welcoming space where individuals can chat informally or receive one-to-one emotional support from trained mental health support workers.
This service promotes health and wellbeing, focusing on ways to help people manage their thoughts and feelings during a crisis. We also signpost to other available services for additional specialist support.
