We support people in Derbyshire with their mental health and wellbeing by providing short-term care packages for up to 12 weeks.
Our Living Well team includes staff from P3 Charity, as well as professionals from health, social care, and voluntary sector organisations, ensuring you have access to a wide range of practical and emotional support. This gives you access to a wide range of practical and emotional support and mental health care.
We support people living in Derbyshire who are aged 18 and over and who are experiencing mental ill health.
To access this service, you’ll need a referral from your GP. Please speak to your doctor to get started.

P3 Living Well Service provides person-centred mental health and wellbeing support for up to 12 weeks for people aged 18 and over and based in Derbyshire.
We provide advice, education and employment support and social activities alongside wrap-around mental health support to help people build a stable and independent future.
All referrals must be made through a GP.
