We support people in Nottingham who need help managing their tenancy or housing to prevent homelessness and create a more stable living situation.
We help people in Nottingham aged 18 and over who have a tenancy or housing but are at risk of homelessness.
To access this service, you will need a referral from Nottingham City Council or a local service. You can contact them by clicking on the button below. If you are a local service looking to make a referral for someone you work alongside please click HERE.

P3’s Nottingham Homeless Prevention Service helps people who have experienced homelessness to live independently and manage day-to-day life in their own home.
Our support is trauma-informed, strengths-based and led by each individual’s needs. We help create lasting positive change by going at their pace, in a way that works for them.
Everyone receives a tailored support plan and a dedicated key worker to assist with housing and challenges such as addiction, offending and debt.
