P3’s Nottingham Homeless Prevention Service helps people who have experienced homelessness to live independently and manage day-to-day life in their own home.
Our support is trauma-informed, strengths-based and led by each individual’s needs. We help create lasting positive change by going at their pace, in a way that works for them.
Everyone receives a tailored support plan and a dedicated key worker to assist with housing and challenges such as addiction, offending and debt.
