We provide a safe place to stay for people experiencing homelessness in Milton Keynes. At Norman Russell House, we provide supported accommodation and a personalised support plan to help people move on to longer-term housing.
We support people who are aged between 18 to 60 who are experiencing homelessness and have been verified as rough sleeping by Milton Keynes City Council.
To access this service, you’ll need a referral from the Milton Keynes City Council Rough Sleeper Service. You can contact them by clicking on the button below, or reach out to us for advice using the details on this page.
P3 Norman Russell House provides accommodation and support for people experiencing homelessness in Milton Keynes. We offer personalised support to help individuals move on to long-term housing that meets their needs.
Norman Russell house has 13 spaces available for all genders. It is staffed 24/7 to ensure a supportive, safe and secure environment is always present. While they stay with us, we help people develop the skills they need for future independent living.
