P3 Wokingham Supported Accommodation provides a safe and stable home for young people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness.
Our service accommodates up to nine young people and provides 24-hour staffing to ensure they receive consistent support, guidance and safeguarding. Staff work alongside young people to identify their strengths, overcome barriers and progress towards their individual goals. Support is centred around education, employment, emotional wellbeing, community engagement and preparation for adulthood, enabling young people to develop the resilience, skills and confidence needed to achieve sustainable independence and positive future outcomes.
P3’s supported accommodation services operate in line with Ofsted’s Supported Accommodation Standards, providing safe and supportive homes where young people are empowered to develop independence, build resilience, achieve their goals and make a successful transition into adulthood.
