Who We Support

We support young people aged 16 to 25 who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness and on the Wokingham Borough Council housing register.

How to Get Help

To access this service, you will need to be on the Wokingham Borough Council housing register. If you are not yet registered, follow the guide here to apply and send your form to the Housing Needs Team.

Once registered, you can refer yourself by downloading and completing the form below and emailing it to WokinghamReferrals@p3charity.org or through Wokingham Borough Council’s Social Services team.

More About Us

P3 Wokingham Supported Accommodation provides a safe and supportive home for young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Our supported living home has 9 rooms, with staff on-site 24/7 to ensure everyone feels safe and well cared for. We help young people develop the skills and confidence they need to live independently.
