More About Us

P3 BeWell Chestnut Place is part of the P3 BeWell Derbyshire Personal Budgets Service, providing long-term accommodation in Derby for people experiencing mental ill health.

Our person-centred service offers five rooms in a mixed-gender shared home, with social, emotional and practical support tailored to each person’s individual needs. Residents receive a minimum of 2.5 hours of support each week from a dedicated support worker, helping them manage their housing and wellbeing.

We also help people maintain good mental health by connecting them with community groups to reduce social isolation through activities and trips shaped by the people we support.

With individual support plans and personalised budgets determining the level of one-to-one support, we offer help with:

  • Mental health and wellbeing.
  • Daily independent living skills (for example, shopping and cooking).
  • Support with budgeting.
  • Employment, training and volunteering opportunities.

Please note that accommodation provision is funded through Housing Benefit.
