We support people who need help with their mental health and independent living.
Our service is tailored to your individual needs, helping you maintain good mental health. We can help you connect with local community groups and reduce social isolation through activities and trips – many of which are suggested and developed by the people we support.
We can help you if you’re over the age of 18, would like support with living independently and are experiencing either mental ill-health or learning difficulties.
You can refer yourself to our service by completing the referral form on the link below or by contacting us directly.
You can also be referred to this service by Derbyshire County Council Adult Social Care Service.
The BeWell service is funded through a personal budget allocated by Adult Social Care or Healthcare. If you do not have a personal budget, you can self-fund your support package.
