P3 Charity Launches Groundbreaking Aspiring Leaders Development Programme in Partnership with Homeless Link

P3 Charity has proudly unveiled an exciting new initiative for colleagues across the organisation: the Aspiring Leaders Development Programme, a pioneering training and development opportunity set to shape the future of leadership in the homelessness and social care sectors.

Developed in a first-of-its-kind collaboration with Homeless Link, the membership body for frontline homelessness organisations, this trailblazing programme is designed to reflect P3’s bold vision, mission and values and to set a new standard in leadership development across the sector. It builds on the success of Homeless Link’s existing leadership programmes in increasing the confidence, skills and knowledge of leaders in the homelessness sector.

The programme was open to applications from P3’s more than 800 colleagues, and 16 rising stars from across P3 have been selected as the first delegation. All delegates will be equipped with the leadership skills, sector insight and management knowledge needed to create lasting, positive change for the people and communities they serve. For many, this marks not just the start of a learning journey, but a life-changing opportunity to grow into the leaders of tomorrow.

We deeply value leadership development at P3 and are committed to investing in our workforce, creating opportunities for people to grow, learn and thrive as leaders is at the heart of building a strong future for our sector.”

At its core, the Aspiring Leaders Development Programme is about practical, values-driven learning. Participants will gain:
• Leadership and management skills that prepare them for the challenges of tomorrow.
• A deeper understanding of sector-wide challenges and innovative solutions.
• Opportunities to collaborate and share learning across communities.
• Guidance on leading with resilience, empathy and integrity.
• The confidence to champion change within P3 and the wider sector.

Far more than just upskilling colleagues at P3, this programme will bolster the strength, knowledge and leadership of the housing support sector as a whole and we hope that this is just the first step in a sector-wide commitment to training our future leaders.
