P3 Charity’s Finance Team has been awarded the prestigious Fair Payment Code Silver Award, marking P3’s ongoing commitment to fairness, integrity and supporting suppliers through prompt and responsible payment.
As one of 89 awardees, P3 received the Silver Award from the Small Business Commissioner on behalf of the Department for Business and Trade, placing the organisation among those recognised for best practice in fair payment.
Designed to promote fairer and quicker payment practices, particularly for small businesses, the scheme recognises organisations that pay invoices within 30 to 60 days. It has contributed to a broader cultural shift in the financial sector, encouraging timely payments and greater financial stability.
Jacqueline Harris, Accounting Services Manager for P3 Charity’s Finance Department, said: “P3’s Finance team are really pleased to be awarded Silver Award under the Fair payment Code as it sets clear standards for best practice in our field. This achievement reflects a fantastic team effort across our department, and we are extremely proud of what we have achieved!”
This achievement highlights how P3’s mission extends beyond service delivery, demonstrating how fairness, transparency and respect are reflected in every aspect of the organisation.
