We’re proud to celebrate the achievements of our P3 finance team following the East Midlands Finance Awards (EMFA) 2026 which took place on 14 May at Nottingham Contemporary, where Shannon Roberts, Finance Officer, was awarded Runner Up in the ‘Rising Star’ category.
Shannon was recognised for her dedication, professionalism and the significant contribution she makes to P3 Charity. Her Runner Up award highlights the exceptional promise she has already shown early in her finance career.
Earlier this year, Shannon was shortlisted alongside colleagues Jacqueline Harris, Accounting Services Manager, and Richard Porter, Business Partner, who were also recognised by the awards for their outstanding work within the finance profession.
While Shannon’s achievement was celebrated on the night, everyone at P3 remains incredibly proud of Jacqui and Richard for being shortlisted in such competitive categories. Their nominations reflected the talent, hard work and collaborative spirit that runs throughout the finance team.
