P3 Housing’s Finance Team Awarded Silver Under the Fair Payment Code

P3 Housing’s Finance Team has been awarded the prestigious Fair Payment Code’s Silver Award, marking a second time for the P3 Group. This highlights P3’s ongoing commitment to fairness, integrity and supporting suppliers through prompt and responsible payment.  

As one of 94 awardees, P3 received the Silver Award from the Small Business Commissioner on behalf of the Department for Business and Trade, placing the organisation among those recognised for best practice in fair payment.  

Designed to promote fairer and quicker payment practices, particularly for small businesses, the scheme recognises organisations that pay invoices within 30 to 60 days. It has contributed to a broader cultural shift in the financial sector, encouraging timely payments and greater financial stability.  

Helen Chambers, Senior Finance Officer for the P3 Group, said: “At P3 Housing, we understand how vital cashflow is, especially for our small suppliers. Even one late payment can have a significant and detrimental impact on a business. Achieving Silver status under the Fair Payment Code has been a true team effort across the department and we are incredibly proud of this accomplishment.”
