Coming at an especially critical moment for charity fundraising in the UK, this partnership will help bring added value to P3’s services as demand for P3’s support continues to rise.
Charities like P3 continue to face rising costs and growing demand for services, with many organisations reporting substantial increases in the numbers of people seeking help for issues like homelessness, poverty-related hardship and complex health needs. This landscape makes partnerships like the one with UKWS more important than ever, helping P3 to continue delivering vital services to the most vulnerable.
Lydia McHugh, Community Engagement Coordinator for P3 Charity, celebrating the partnership by saying, “Support from businesses like UKWS makes such a difference to the lives of the people we support here at P3. More than just funds, it’s a powerful reminder that people still care. This partnership comes at a crucial time for our sector, helping us bridge that gap so we can continue to provide safe housing, practical guidance and long-term support to people facing homelessness and complex life challenges. We’re incredibly grateful to UKWS for their commitment and look forward to working together over the next year to create lasting, positive change in communities across the UK.”
Nicola McCormack, Sustainability and Social Value Co-ordinator for UKWS, added, “We’re really proud to be partnering with P3 and to support the vital work they’re doing in communities across the UK. As part of a recent review of our fundraising activity, we wanted to focus our efforts where we knew we could make a meaningful and lasting difference. The work P3 does to provide safe housing, practical guidance and long-term support to people facing homelessness and complex challenges made them a natural choice for us. For UKWS, this partnership is about more than raising funds – it’s about backing an organisation that’s creating real change and playing our part in strengthening the communities we work in.”
