P3 Group Recognised with Bronze TIDE Award for Advancing Diversity and Inclusion

P3 Group is proud to announce that we have been recognised with a Bronze TIDE (Talent, Inclusion, Diversity and Equality) Award by the Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (ENEI). This recognition celebrates P3’s progress in embedding diversity and inclusion across our organisation and services.

The TIDE Award is based on a rigorous evaluation of an organisation’s effectiveness in promoting diversity and inclusion across ten key areas: Diversity Data Monitoring, Strategy and Planning, DEI Training, Inclusive Leadership, Inclusive Recruitment, Talent Management and Development, Working Practices, Employee Voice and Engagement, Values and Behaviours and Wellbeing and Belonging.

Achieving the Bronze TIDE Award marks a significant milestone for P3, and while the award is an important recognition in itself, P3 remains deeply committed to building on this progress and striving for even higher levels of inclusivity in the years ahead.

Every year, our dedicated teams support more than 30,000 people across the UK, bringing compassion, creativity and determination to their work. This ‘people first’ culture is the foundation of P3, an organisation where colleagues feel empowered, valued and included. Embedding diversity and inclusion into our workplace isn’t just about policy: It’s about ensuring that every member of our staff can bring their whole self to work, which in turn strengthens the way we serve diverse communities across 17 counties.
